This hands-on 8-hour CE course provides massage therapists with a comprehensive understanding of contrast therapy using heated and chilled CoreStones. Participants will explore the physiological effects of thermotherapy and cryotherapy, learn safe handling techniques, and develop skills to integrate contrasting temperatures into massage sessions for pain relief, inflammation management, and performance recovery.
